Plymouth will host the British Fireworks Championship to provide another spectacular show. The Plymouth Hoe shoreline will be host to a spectacular display of lights and colours tonight and tomorrow.
Six of the top pyrotechnic businesses will compete to impress judges and spectators in this city’s 25th annual competition. Each team will present the nation’s finest fireworks for ten minute. The 1st fireworks show will start at 9.30 p.m. every night as the sun sets.
Plymouth Tonight Fireworks History
It is celebrated in honor of the shooting victims, who fled Plymouth in shock. This custom of lighting fireworks was inspired by the Independence Day celebrations in Philadelphia, 1777. While the Sons of Liberty lit fireworks on Boston Common, a ship saluted the original colonies with 13 guns.

Fireworks – Where and when will the event take place?
